Race Information

The Route

We are pleased to announce a major change to route of the Northallerton 10K in 2024. Working with our traffic management company we have created a faster and safer route. The new route also allows the start and finish to now be outside the town hall which should make the atmosphere even more electric. There will be a longer sprint down the high street for the finish and we are excited to announce a King/Queen of the Hill completion. The top of the hill is at the 1/3 point and you will get split timings for this section and cash prizes.

We are also pleased to announce that there will be additional road closures for the race helping to make the route safer for runners.

Again we have our amazing timing company so you will receive your results via text as you cross the line and results will be on the Racebest website within 15 minutes of you finishing.

We have 2 water stations at 5k & the finish line. Support & medical vehicles follow the race to ensure safety and attention at all times.

The course has been officially measured, licensed and certified.

All abilities are welcome, including competitive running clubs.

Strava segments have been created so get out and give it a go.

Race Starts: 10:00am

Location & Parking

The race registration & start/finish line are positioned on Northallerton High Street (Town Hall).

Road closure is from the main Post Office to the roundabout outside Grovers shop.

The High Street is closed for vehicle access, however there is plenty of parking surrounding the high street; at the rear of Barkers Dept store and near the church.
